Celebrate Mom this Mother's Day with a new & exciting program showcasing a fun and interactive approach to Wine & Food pairing.
Created and inspired from the Kenwood Sensory Garden this is an exciting collaboration between Jeff Tyler “Head Chef & Proprietor of Palooza Brewery & Gastropub” and Paradise Ridge Winery's Kenwood Tasting Room Manager and culinary specialist Annette McDonnell. ‘”Creator of the Herb & Wine sensory program” We will be showcasing our coveted Sparkling Wines in a unique way any Mom could appreciate with Oysters!
Guests will be offered four specially prepared oysters & herbs to pair perfectly with a flight of four Sparkling wines including our 2014 Blanc de Blanc, 2013 Sparkling Late Disgorge, 2015 Sparkling Pinot Gris, & our 2014 Sparkling Shiraz.
