Giddy-up and gallop into the Year of the Horse at the Children’s Museum of Sonoma County! This vibrant, joy-filled Lunar New Year celebration is presented by the Redwood Empire Chinese Association and promises fun for the whole family. Enjoy traditional Chinese dancers, then cheer as lively lion and dragon dances weave through the Museum Gardens. Kids and adults alike can explore ancient art forms such as Chinese calligraphy and traditional paper cutting, while learning about the stories and symbolism of the Chinese zodiac. Special guests from Lyon Ranch Therapy Animals will help bring the zodiac to life with engaging live animal encounters from the full zodiac.Don’t miss out on this unforgettable cultural celebration!
