Kim will be your guide for this special workshop designed to enhance functional movement and increase range of motion through dynamic, movement-centered practices. Think of it as a slow-flow style class, giving you space to deepen into all the “sticky spots” while learning techniques that support long-term mobility and ease in the body.
We'll explore:
🔹 Mobility Work
Engage in intentional movements that promote joint health, flexibility, and alignment. Enhanced mobility supports injury prevention, better posture, and more fluid movement in everyday life.
🔹 Lymphatic Stimulation (Arm Swinging)
Incorporate rhythmic arm movements to activate the lymphatic system. This supports natural detoxification, reduces inflammation, and boosts immune health by encouraging lymph flow.
🔹 Nerve Flossing
Experience gentle exercises designed to glide nerves through surrounding tissue. This technique can reduce discomfort, improve nerve function, and support recovery from conditions like sciatica and carpal tunnel.
🔹 Pelvic Floor Strengthening
Learn targeted movements to build strength and awareness in the pelvic floor. A strong pelvic floor enhances core stability and supports overall physical function.
