Part 2: Lactation Tools for HR
Designed as a practical follow-up to Part 1, this in-depth session is geared specifically toward HR professionals responsible for implementing and managing lactation accommodations in the workplace.
Presented by the Santa Rosa Metro Chamber, in partnership with WorkLife Law and First 5 Sonoma County, this seminar provides a deep dive, concrete tools, and resources to help employers move from compliance to best practice. Participants will receive three sample lactation accommodation policies and three pre-policy assessment tools—including general templates and industry-specific examples—to support policy development and internal planning.
This session equips HR teams with actionable materials they can adapt to their organization’s needs and workforce realities.
