Be sure to stop by the California Welcome Center - Santa Rosa, located in the landmark 1904 Railroad Depot building in Historic Railroad Square. This iconic structure is more than just a hub for visitor information, it’s also home to a small train museum featuring artifacts and interactive displays from the Northwestern Pacific Railroad. Inside, you’ll find maps, guides, and personalized tips to help you make the most of your Santa Rosa visit, along with a curated selection of souvenirs and locally made gifts to take home. The Welcome Center also hosts rotating art exhibits from local artists and temporary displays in our Cargo Room, often featuring mini-exhibitions in collaboration with the Charles M. Schulz Museum and other community partners.
