The experience begins in the winery’s Grand Dining Room with a thoughtfully crafted dinner by Executive Chef Peter Janiak, expertly paired with St. Francis’ artisan wines. Set in an intimate and relaxed atmosphere, the evening invites guests to slow down, savor each course, and enjoy warm wine country hospitality.
Following dinner, guests step outdoors for a guided stargazing experience led by local astronomy experts from Night Sky Adventure. Using professional telescopes, you’ll embark on a deep-sky journey, exploring star clusters, glowing nebulae, and distant galaxies, while learning how to observe and better understand the night sky.
