Leadership Santa Rosa (LSR), the Metro Chamber’s premier leadership development program, is your next step. It’s more than a program—it’s a launchpad for community changemakers.
Over the course of this immersive two-year experience, participants gain a deeper understanding of local issues, build connections across sectors, and gain the tools to lead with purpose.

If you're thinking about applying, you’ll want to attend our LSR Informational Meeting on Monday, August 24 from 5:00–6:30pm
- The first half hour will include an overview of the program and tips for submitting a strong application.
- Then stay for the LSR Alumni & Aspirants Afterparty – connect with grads, ask questions, and hear how LSR helped shape their leadership journeys.
Class 43 candidates and LSR Alumni are encouraged to RSVP.
